Influenza in Focus: For Pharmacists

As a pharmacist, you know first-hand the impact that influenza can have on your community. Through the services you provide, you help relieve suffering caused by influenza symptoms. And if you offer vaccinations through your pharmacy, you can do even more to help prevent the spread of influenza.

Offering vaccinations does more than just help protect your community's health. It positions you and your pharmacy as vital providers of essential healthcare services. And helps build customer loyalty.

Pharmacy VIP™ is a new program, sponsored by Novartis Vaccines, that supports you with the tools and resources you can use to offer influenza vaccinations in your store, at local workplaces, at senior care facilities, and at other locations throughout your community.

Callout
Novartis

Influenza vaccination may not prevent the disease in 100% of individuals. Persons should consult their healthcare provider to determine if they have a condition that precludes them from receiving the vaccine. All vaccines have side effects. The most common side effects of influenza vaccines include local reactions and mild general symptoms.
